Aisling O'Sullivan, more popularly than the stage name Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984), is an Irish actor, writer and stand-up comic. Bea first began her career as a stand-up comedian in 2011, after playing a few small roles she played in Irish and British TV dramas beginning in 2009. Bea began performing frequently on sketch comedy shows and sitcoms from 2012. After she received an award from the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011 She was a frequent guest on a variety of panels, and is currently a regular. Born to Brian O'Sullivan, the actress was blessed with one sister named Sinead. In 2012 she became the second woman to ever receive the So You Think That You're Funny award. Her surname is Bea to honor her late father. Aisling O'Sullivan, whose real name is as Cliodhnadh Aisling, was born at Kildare town, which is located in County Kildare.
