Christina Hendricks has been an American actress for the past seven seasons. Her most recognizable role was as Joan Holloway, in AMC's dramatic period drama Mad Men. The show has earned the actress six Emmy nominations for best acting support and critical acclaim. In her career till now that spans more than 20 years, she's been recognized for her role in the legal drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama drama Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Films in which she has been praised for her role as a character in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River The Neon Demon The Strangers: Prey at Night Egg as well as American Woman. Her voice has been used in animated films, such as Toy Story 4, Scoob!, and From Up on Poppy Hill. The first time she worked was as a model, and worked in the field for a number of years prior to making her debut on television with Undressed.
